  1. Rockford recieved 80% of the residents of Chicagos Cabrini Green who accepted the state’s relocation package over 25 years ago. The crime has become exponentially worse in the past 3 years. Cherry Vale Mall is very nice but they’ve started having shootings there within the past year.

Thank God we moved away from there Dec 2014.

  2. Isn’t murder illegal in Illinois?
Sounds like the guy (Raheem?) may be a criminal!
“Adult-themed charter bus?” Playing Bridge and drinking Manhattans?
Smoking cigars and telling boring jokes? I don’t get it.

Assuming his “assault” rifle carried more than 5 rounds, he’s either a lousy shot, or his attack was specifically targeted.

A Charter Bus! For heaven’s sake! Doesn’t get more like “shooting fish in a barrel” than that!

It would be my understanding that in fact the majority went to Danville, IL. But then even small numbers of these fine upstanding citizens make a major impact wherever they go.
