These days I convey to liberals a simple truth. No matter the issue at hand, if a man has lived long enough he can always tell if someone’s heart is truly in it or not. If the incentive is just then so is the heart.
It was very easy to see that Mr. Trump’s heart was in the right place because he loves this country and hated to see it going down the tubes. He didn’t need to subject himself to such abuse at his age. He knew the evil was out there and that it would try to ruin him. But his heart was telling him to at least try.
Conversely, it was blatantly clear where Hillary’s heart lay. Her apathy for the American people’s struggle was palpable.
Her head was only in it for her self-serving reward. It was ‘due’ her.
Her heart wasn’t even present.
