  1. Sad. I remember the bipolar story from years ago. Glad to know she regained her footing and was still working at the end.
Hope she did not relapse into drugs or despair.
    Good night.

Sheldon: So if a photon is directed through a plane with two slits in it and either slit is observed it will not go through both slits. If it’s unobserved it will, however, if it’s observed after it’s left the plane but before it hits its target, it will not have gone through both slits.

    Leonard: Agreed.

    Leonard: Excuse me . . .

    Receptionist: Hang on.

Leonard: One across is Aegean, eight down is Nabakov, twenty-six across is MCM, fourteen down is… move your finger… phylum, which makes fourteen across Port-au-Prince. See, Papa Doc’s capital idea, that’s Port-au-Prince. Haiti.

    Receptionist: Can I help you?

Leonard: Yes. Um, is this the High IQ sperm bank?

Receptionist: If you have to ask, maybe you shouldn’t be here.

Sheldon: I think this is the place.

  3. Most of the Folks I’ve known, that were “Bi-Polar”

  4. Sad to see her pass. She was kind, never seemed to fall into the Hollywood douchebaggery and battled bi-polar before she was actually diagnosed with it. RIP.

  5. Saw Superman in a ‘Darkchester’ theatre formerly known as Parkchester in the Bronx in ’78 for whatever reason was there by myself?!?

Gene Hackman was Lex Luther. WEIRD.

GH made The Conversation ONLY four years before that. LOOK that movie up a la 4A.

  6. I remember her in “Black Christmas”, an early slasher film.

One scene was people standing over a supposedly hacked up corpse, but the corpse was not actually shown. When the scene ended, the crowd in the theatre started booing loudly. They didn’t get their quota of blood & gore that they expected.

It was a pretty bizarre incident, and left me, of all people (a horror film fan in those days), feeling disturbed that people were so eager to see it, and so deeply disappointed in not seeing it.
