FBI Informant Stefan Halper Accused Of Making ‘False’ And ‘Absurd’ Allegations About Russian Infiltration At Cambridge

Daily caller: The FBI informant who made contact with members of the Trump campaign has made allegations of Russian spy infiltration at the University of Cambridge that people involved in the matters have called “false” and “absurd.”

A Russian academic who worked at Cambridge with the informant, Stefan Halper, said he made “false allegations” about her interactions with former national security adviser Michael Flynn at an event the Cambridge Intelligence Seminar (CIS) hosted in February 2014.

Halper’s claim in December 2016 that Russians infiltrated CIS has also been called “absurd” by Christopher Andrew, the official historian for MI5 and head of CIS, the Financial Times reported. more

  1. Slightly OT but was watching The Bourne Ultamium (sp?) last night from 2007. It is about lying, cover-ups, political assainations of American Citizens by the FBI and the CIA. I soon realized that it accurately foretold what is happening right now. LOL – President Trump is like Jason Bourne, uncovering all the crap!

So the notion that Russians have infiltrated a liberal American university is “absurd”, when we know the practice was widespread during the Soviet era, and we know it is absurd, because we have MI5s word on it, even though MI5 and MI6 were famously infiltrated with Soviet (Russian) spies since thw 1930s!
