   South Korea hates our guts and we’ve occupied Japan for 3/4 of a century.
   Sell em whatever technology they need and cut em loose.
   Kim (like his daddy and grand-daddy) is a bigger threat to his own people than to the US – and if China and Russia don’t mind having a nuclearized mad-man dangling off their asses, then why should we give a fuck?
   The potential for a nuclear “accident” should give them impetus to control this freak.
