Peter Strzok asked Lisa Page:“You get all our oconus lures approved?” – IOTW Report

Peter Strzok asked Lisa Page:“You get all our oconus lures approved?”

CTH: #Spygate – President Trump Highlights Lou Dobbs Segment Outlining December 2015 FBI CoIntel Operation.

The backstory is important here.  Two days ago internet researcher Nick Falco discovered a potentially damning text dated December 28th 2015 within a previously released set of Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages.  The original text was redacted in one section (Page #31); however, somehow further down the release (Page #159) the same text was not redacted.  It is presumed the FBI redacted the word “lures”, whereas the IG did not.

In one release (page #31) the word “lures” was redacted.  In the second release (page #159) it was NOT redacted.

The Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, Chairman Ron Johnson, released over 500 pages of documents and texts.  On page #159 (pdf here) the unredacted version of the following message appears:

“You get all our oconus lures approved?”

“OCONUS” means Outside Contiguous U.S.  “LURES” in this context is ‘spies’; or as Chris Farrell discusses, likely double agents.  The messages were December 28th, 2015MORE

  1. “The original text was redacted in one section (Page #31); however, somehow further down the release (Page #159) the same text was not redacted.”

At the end of the day, they’re still just government workers. This coverup is unsustainable.

  2. This all goes back to Obama and Valerie in the end. For all the RINO’s and Never Trumpers out there, you must really want all these people to walk away from this mess and get paid off by all their friends because all your whining and backstabbing is just going to mean just that come 2020. If you haven’t figured it out yet, this whole operation was about punishing Trump for the audacity of running in the first place. Their goal was to ruin him and possibility throw him in jail just for challenging Obama’s legacy. They didn’t think he’d win, and as we have seen, they are now in overdrive trying to get the Deep State to finish him off.

I really couldn’t care less if Trump doesn’t host another sports team to the White House or if he invites Kim K. to discuss prison reform. What I do care about is the SCOTUS picks, the federal bench picks, the rebuilding of our military infrastructure, boarder security and a sound economy that provides hope for the future.

I haven’t heard any of the RINO’s or Never Trumpers put for the proposition that any of the other candidates who ran against Trump would have accomplished as much as he has in their first 500 days. If so, which one?

  3. There’s an interview of Seymour Hersh at CJR (linked to by Drudge). Yeah, yeah, I know: Sy Hersh. Columbia Journalism Review. But that man Hersh is connected like nobody else and has had access to an astounding number of major players for decades. I mention the interview here because Hersh is quoted as saying,

In the book…I’m writing a lot about what was going on in the FBI. There was a lot going on that was counter-Trump, I will tell you that. I’m telling you, it’s the missed story of all time.

  4. Uncle Al, Mr. Hersh should have said it’s the story we wish wasn’t uncovered. We all know the media is complicit in the coverup. A bunch of these guys need to go down!

Mark my words, the deal cutters just hit the nitrous switch.

Not much for bargaining power though. Don’t need turncoats when the perps documented everything. Trump has the whip hand and the beatings are about to commence.

  6. Funny you mention Sy Hersh (as to credibility, given how much we’re lied to, I trust his reporting as much as anyone).
Interesting read from 2015 on the behind the scenes truth of exactly how osama bin laden kill went down, and much like all things obama, the “story” as pushed from the WH and IC doesn’t seem at all plausible. Matter of fact, not much of the obama spin made sense.

  7. Thirdtwin- That bothered me. Whoever redacted those pages must be a worker’s visa recipient. They need to be a little more OCD. And you know that report was done in triplicate. And why do they redact by hand??? Wonder what else they missed. lol

  8. Redacting “lures” is the problem. Just how is “lures” endangering anyone or national security? The redacting people need MORE oversight while actually redacting so as not to be obstructing an investigation…

  9. if your government can keep secrets from the citizens how can the citizens expect to be free ?

all these memos, e-mails and what not should have zero redaction’s.

    let freedom ring.

That’s why I love IOTW Report! You’re all so pedantic (thanks, IOTW poster). Until @bill’s post, I never knew there was a specific name for the blade of a guillotine.
