Breitbart: Retail giant Target Corporation has apologized for a line of Father’s Day greeting cards sporting messages to “Baby Daddies” after shoppers complained the company was celebrating absentee fathers in the black community.
The retailer pulled the cards produced by greeting card company American Greetings after black shoppers began sharing images of the cards on social media.
The term “baby daddy” is often applied to a man who fathers a child but then refuses to stay with his mother. Baby daddies are often deadbeat fathers, as well, leaving mothers without financial assistance. more here

Turn on day time TV if you can stand it – almost every ridiculous talk show, or court TV show has people referencing their BABY DADDY or fighting over their BABY DADDY. You’d think they’d love having a card.
Try selling birth control pills instead of cards. They work on people of every color and if you use them we certainly won’t be offended.

I’m glad to see that this situation at least raised some awareness around sperm donor-made “families.” For good or ill, it is helping to put this in the public square for discussion in the black “community” (another term used by the Left to keep Americans of African descent in their monolithic identity politics silo).
Maybe it will be a cause for pause and reflection. After all, if a mainstream American card company thought it would be a seller, you know it’s entered the stream of popular culture. Deal with it.
Technically, Target did accept the cards to be sold into the stores, but
they aren’t the ones who stock them and may not have seen them. Greeting card companies send vendors to stores to stock, replace, remove cards every few weeks. Either way, Target still deserves some of the backlash because of its PC preaching assholetry.

Target could GIVE this cards away. They would be free if a smart lab that does paternity testing ran an ad in them:
