CNN’s Cuomo on Corey Stewart: My daddy ‘Would’ve rearranged his face’

BPR: Lemon, Cuomo float physical violence after HEATED segment with GOPer: ‘Would’ve rearranged his face’.

After a heated interview with Corey Stewart, a Republican candidate running for the U.S. Senate in Virginia, CNN’s Chris Cuomo suggested his father, the former governor of New York, Mario Cuomo, would have “rearranged” Stewart’s face.

Cuomo’s talk of physical violence prompted a supportive reply from colleague Don Lemon during a handoff, who implied that if the Republican candidate was “in the same room with you — well, both of us…,” before leaving the rest of the sentence dangling on what they might have done.

Cuomo was responding to Stewart claiming Mario Cuomo had made anti-Semitic remarks, a comment that came after the CNN host questioned the candidate’s dubious association with others. Cuomo displayed a photo of Stewart standing in front of a Confederate flag, which has been condemned in post-Obama America — despite the flag being seen as little more than a symbol of Southern heritage for so many.

The greater goal for Cuomo, of course, was to link Stewart to President Trump, after the president took to Twitter to congratulate him for winning the GOP primary.  more here

  1. But I thought CNN *loved* the American people. Hilarious, basically this is what they want to do to every person that supports Trump and we all know it.

  2. “…in the same room with you — well, both of us…”

…not “either one of us”, but ” both of us”. Because that’s the way thugs roll. And because Lemon would get his pansy ass kicked up between his shoulder blades by himself.

  3. For real?? His “DADDY” would have done what? DADDY?!?! What is he, twelve years old? Never trust ANY grown man that still called his Father “Daddy”…..

  4. The entire leftist spin on the Confederate flag and statues is hokum. Nobody wants to bring slavery back. As an economic system, it is dead as a doornail. No entity could survive today if it was based on slavery. I don’t interpret Confederate symbols as an attempt to bring it back.

However, states rights will likely make a comeback with hypocrite liberals, as in a justification for sanctuary cities.

The Confederate flag and statues are a remembrance of southern bravery in the face of overwhelming odds, that’s all, but that’s enough to keep them. Southern governments that give in are just run by chicken-gutted spineless arse-wipes.

  5. I remember reading that Mario Cuomo had a campaign slogan “Vote for Cuomo, not the homo” when he ran against Ed Koch. Bring that up in front of Cuomo and Lemon, that should scorch Lemon’s chocolate starfish.
