Like sheep we follow the loudest bell.
We nuzzle the grass – we chew complacently – never imagining that wool and mutton are derived from us.
I don’t know whether these things are CAUSED by the “forces of evil” (i.e. – nihilistic socialists) or if the “forces of evil” simply take advantage of developments. Our culture is dying the death of a thousand cuts – and THAT is quite “with malice aforethought” but the apathy – the striving for ignorance and nothingness (nihilism) – MUST be the fault of the sheep.
How to awaken the sheep? What compels the Cape Buffalo to attack the lion that’s stalking its children after running for miles?
