    (until the next “bad guy” comes along):
    The documents and remarks required of Ford are due today, Tues 25th (assumed: close of business). Her bio and planned remarks are due tomorrow, Wed. the 26th by 10:00am. If her documents are not submitted today good chance she will be a no show Thursday. After that, it looks like the Senate GOP has arranged a confirmation vote for the entire Senate Thursday afternoon. And then, it’s helloooooo Judge K!

  2. Republicans don’t even have to be guilty, just get a ‘serious’ charge leveled their way, even by an anonymous source and that is it – disqualified, life ruined, time to set up a kangaroo court and make a mockery of ‘justice’.

  7. I called Yale Law School this morning and left 3 polite messages with 1) Dean’s office. The lady who answered the phone was sympathetic and sweet. Said she would give my message to the Dean; 2) Voice mail with alumni office; 3) Admissions office. He hung up on me after a lengthy discussion and I asked if Yale Law School still taught a person is innocent until proven guilty.
