Breitbart Tech: A Professor at the University of North Carolina Asheville was arrested on Sunday and charged with a misdemeanor for stealing conservative political signs.
Dr. Amanda Wray, an associate professor who holds a Ph.D., turned herself into the local police on Sunday morning after she and another unidentified woman were allegedly spotted stealing conservative political signs, according to WLOS-TV.
The signs, which belong to the local Political Action Committee (PAC) Angry Buncombe Taxpayers, have been defaced throughout the county by unknown vandals.
In a Facebook post from October 3, the PAC’s treasurer, Mike Summey, shared photos of the defaced political signs, adding that they have served their purpose by exposing the behavior of those who support the Democrats in the county. more here

My favorite was the stupid woman stealing Trump signs during the election.
The home owner had “grounded” his sign and the woman, tearing, fast, back to her car, went flying — backwards — into the air. ….all recorded on video….

If you had looked in the back of my car during the 1980’s, you would have thought I worked for the democrat candidate. I took the signs at the dead of night from highway right-of-ways, intersections, telephone poles, along well travelled country and county roads. (Not people’s yards)
Pure retaliation on my part, nearly every sign for the GOP candidate I put up were taken or defaced the day before.
We referred to this action as “Sign Wars”.
Buncombe County produced the candidate running for sheriff who proposed killing constituents to confiscate their guns.

I used to steal signs all of the time.
I knew someone who put Republican bumper stickers over democrat bumper stickers in parking lots.
Not me of course, some guy I know. ..

The worst political thing I ever did was in a supermarket parking lot in 2016, when I put a note on the windshield of a car that had a “Hillary for President” bumper sticker on it.
The note read:
“Excuse me, but I just wanted to let you know that some a**hole has put a Hillary sign on the back of your car, and I didn’t want you to drive around all day with everyone thinking you were a f*cking idiot.”
Hey, give her a break; she was just following Hillary Clinton’s directive to be uncivilized towards republicans.
Remember antenna balls, the little styrofoam advertisement balls that people put on their car antennas, we used to steal them a lot just to piss people off. I was a stupid teenager then, I have been tempted to steal or deface political signs though especially ones I disagree with.
