Jack Buckby of TheRebel.media: Let me start by saying I think the joke video of a Grenfell Tower model being burned on Bonfire Night was pretty sick. I thought it was distasteful and mean-spirited, but it was still a joke. So I’m saddened to see that the people responsible have now been arrested.
The “joke” classification has me curious. Just like Count Dankula, why does it matter if he taught his pug to do a Heil Hitler salute as a joke or because he hated Jews–I’m not saying it’s socially acceptable, but illegal? So the guys burned a model of a building. It’s definitely in poor taste, but again, illegal? Why?
Free speech does not exist in the U.K., and it’s a sad sight to see.
how many conservative Americans have lost their jobs for jokes? Plenty.
By the way a district court just ruled that guns are illegal outside the home! I thought the SCOTUS settled this years ago.
Do any muslims ever get arrested for burning poppies on Remembrance Day? Something tells me no. Maybe because the muslims aren’t joking?
How many Administrators and Engineers who are actually responsible for a fire that killed (murdered) 72 and maimed a lot of others; have been arrested for that crime? It seems that you can get away with the actual damages but not bring ‘attention’ to it. I could admit to sicker jokes than this – often making myself the focus or butt of the joke. Sick humor has been around for eons and it is what it is – dark humor. Here’s a sick joke – Nancy Pelosi will be the next Speaker of the House! Who gets arrested for that sick joke?
