Truth be told he’s got a death sentence already the only difference is that instead of a relatively quick death and with little or no pain at the hands of the state it will be a slower and infinitely more painful one at the hands of the inmates who will regardless get their hands on him despite whatever measures the prison enacts to try to protect him.

If he’s “mistakenly” put in general population then perhaps a small amount of justice could happen.
If he survives, if there is family of the victims alive and he were to get out one could only hope he gets taken care of properly.

Just throw him in with the general population of prisoners and look the other way. They will take care of it.
@Mickey: My thoughts exactly. Remember about 15 to 20 years ago, the pederast priest from Boston (I think) who they convicted for his crimes going back decades? He lasted about 5 weeks in prison before he got put out of his misery by an angel of death inmate.
