Largest Group of Illegals to Enter Arizona Burrowed Under Border Fence, Say Feds

Breitbart: A group of 376 Central American migrants illegally crossed into the U.S. on Monday by crawling underneath a border fence in Yuma, Arizona, and immediately surrendered themselves to U.S. authorities.

Yuma Sector Border Patrol say they were “inundated” by the single largest group of migrant families and unaccompanied minors to cross in the area.  more here

  1. Walls work with the same efficiency as speed bumps.
Speed bumps require little to no maintenance and control the speed of passers by.
Try selling the idea of drones and more traffic cops and high tech solutions to keep the speed down in an RV park
    Build the wall!

  2. It should be obvious, even to an anti-American nihilistic socialist (Demonrat), that if someone tunnels into your country (or home or town or city or state) he is NOT an immigrant, but an invader.

One would think this fact to be intuitively obvious even to the poor miserable sheeple who watch the lamestream media and read the propagandic papers.

But maybe I give them too much credit?

  3. When there are rewards instead of punishments for illegal behavior, what is to be expected?

A basis of behavioral psychology: Behavior that is rewarded is repeated, behavior that is punished is extinguished.

It’s that way for everything from lab rats to people, it’s quite predictable.

  4. I recently read a comment from someone who used this as an argument why we shouldn’t bother with building a wall: “they can just tunnel under the wall”.

I told him they can break your car window, too, but I’m willing to bet that doesn’t prevent you from locking your doors.

  5. It really is hard to keep up with this changing world.
It used to be, that ‘catch and release’ meant tossing the fish back in the pond that it came from. Not any more.
‘Time to get back to the same ole’ used to be.’
Just because you want something, doesn’t mean you can have it.

  6. For years the Democrats hated the way California was reliably Republican. Now it is hopelessly Democrat. Ronald Reagan couldn’t get elected Governor of California now. There are millions of people living in this state who will never vote for a Republican or speak English at home. If the Make America Great Again Wall doesn’t get built, Arizona and Texas will soon be out of reach for Republicans in the Electoral College. Then, we will really be a white minority with a country we can’t recognize.

  7. In our high tech world, sound detection systems, drone surveillance, and cameras should be a part of the wall. Also anyone caught evading the system and not entering at a point of entry, should be banded from every being allowed to become a citizen. Anyone with two marbles rolling around in their head should understand that a wall alone just won’t cut it. Duh…

  8. Just saw a tv programs where the 24 year old medical patient had been in CA for 20 years but needed an English interpreter. They are not here to become Americans, but to “reconquer”.

  9. They used to come here (legally) to become Americans and make a contribution to America.

Now they come here to remain what they are and live off of Americans.

    Times have changed.

  10. It wouldn’t be so easy to burrow under concrete sunk ten feet down. It would take long enough that this activity could be detected.

Deserted areas… I’m wondering why border agents don’t just march these types right back over to the other side before filling up the holes. Are they going to sue? (“We broke in and they wouldn’t arrest us.”)

  11. A wall is only a symbol. If there is sufficient incentive, no barrier will be effective in staunching the flow of illegal immigrants.

Illegal immigration will only be reduced when existing federal laws are enforced. Ending catch and release, enforcing E-verify and the prohibition against receiving any form of federal funds would remove most of the incentive for illegal immigration. Strict implementation of asylum rules and ending the anchor baby rule would remove the remaining incentive.

Reagan made a serious error when he signed the Amnesty Law back in the ’80’s. There was nothing particularly wrong with the language, but the assumption that the language would be adhered to was the mistake. The deep state was as much a problem then as now. The result of Amnesty was an exponential increase in illegal immigration.
