American Thinker: Are you worried about the Democrats’ plans for the First and Second Amendments? You are right to be concerned. The leftists who have taken over and transformed that political party have made it clear that they intend to eliminate those two fundamental protections of American liberty. Freedom of speech and “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms” are in their crosshairs – along with the Electoral College and much else besides – and they mean business.
But have you noticed what has already happened to amendments farther down the list that makes up the Bill of Rights? The Ninth and Tenth are already dead letters. Here is the Ninth:
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
And here is the Tenth:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Focus on protecting the Constitutionally defined Electoral College…
…without it, the rest is moot.
(The 9th and 10th are powerful, as long as there’s a Congress and Court with integrity…something that’s been absent for a looooong time)

I’ve always referred to the 9th Amendment as the Forgotten Amendment since it seems almost no one ever refers to it and it is rarely or never used in Court proceedings.

If you have hate ( murder) towards anyone confess it to GOD. If you have looked on another with lust in your heart (adultery) confess it to GOD- He wont hear the cries or prayers of hypocrites but HE will hear and listen to those that have a contrite and broken heart and that seek HIM in truth and repentance. Our prayers for you are good and we are told to do so-which we do. However, the out come of all things depends on you and not us. Have you confessed that you are in need of forgiveness for your life. Have you lived your life for self and not for GOD and now that you are going under the knife you seek payers to cover you sins? The prayers of a righteous man availeth much-but are you righteous in God’s sight or have you lived your life for pleasure-lust and sin? Will they say of you- He was a good man-he loved his family and worked hard or will they say of you that you feared God and kept his commandments?
I am sorry for this – but it must be said to all. This life is nothing and all that we seek will pass away and burn one day and then we all will stand before His judgment seat to give account of our lives. I do pray that all goes well for you but I do not say sorry for telling you make sure all is well with your soul.
