He won the Super Lotto in Jamaica and wore a mask, from the horror movie Scream to claim his $158.4 million check ($1.17 million US) prize.

I’m guessing the new car the new house and the new attitude will give him away.
Given the crowd of criminals down there if he was known his facial expression would no longer be a mask.
Most likely, he doesn’t want to give up any government assistance
Having money makes you and your family a target, especially in S-hole countries. A wise man is probably going to use some of that money to relocate to a safer place, like Florida.

He just wanted to look good for the cameras.
Did he remember to pay off the people from the agency that he’s photographed with so that they don’t snitch on him?
