All American Savage: A mother is facing a battery charge after jumping onto a school bus and brutally attacking a 9-year-old boy. The incident was captured on smartphone video shortly before 5:00 pm local time on February 4. The bus was dropping students off from an elementary school when Patrice Henry, 31, boarded the bus and asked, “Who hit my son?”
The incident took place on a school bus in New Orleans that was carrying students from Dwight D. Eisenhower Elementary School.
According to a report by the Daily Mail, Ashley Batiste, the mother of the 9-year-old boy, claims Henry assaulted her child after receiving a phone call saying that Batiste’s son punched Henry’s son, who is in kindergarten.
Henry boarded the bus, asking, “Who hit my son?”
Several students pointed at Batiste’s son, and Henry lunged toward the boy, wrapping her arms around his neck and punching him. She also reportedly slammed the nine-year-old against one of the bus windows. more/video
Sometimes you just reach a point where you have to do something. The little bastard probably deserved it. Doesn’t make it right, but I can picture it happening.
My insane ex-mother-in-law was a Coon-ass from Louisiana. She once had a co-worker who was supposed to deposit her paycheck for her and instead cashed it. On Monday, she cornered the thief in the bosses office and pulled a .38 revolver out of her purse and put it to the woman’s temple and demanded her money or she was going to blow her brains out. The woman didn’t have the money so the boss agreed to give her the eight hundred dollars if she wouldn’t pull the trigger. Had he not done that, she would have killed the woman. Her daughter was almost as crazy. I swore I’d never have anything to do with a Cajun woman after my divorce from her.
The problem is that the authorities and the courts can’t be counted on to make things right. I’m telling you, if someone fucks with my grandkids you may be reading about me too.
Sometimes a deserved school bus massacre is warranted.

School buses need an armed adult riding shotgun with the power to keep order among the wild children to prevent situations like this from happening. The bus driver needs to keep his attention on safe driving. The good old days are past gone when children were taught to behave and were expected to. However, these days too many children have become criminal and violent as a result of their lack of civil and moral parenting by badly behaving parents at home. When good parents see the need to protect their own children from savage children, alternative schooling becomes necessary for their child’s safety and decent education. When it comes to black vs. white conflicts, the blacks will almost always be excused because punishment is racist, no matter what the crime. In black vs. black they fight their own battles among themselves, ultimately to the death often according to crime stats.
As gubmint schools stop controlling
certain of the cruel young monsters some vigilantism is understandable.
Go for a jury trial lady. Nullification is the way to go.

I’m guessing this is the result of a long standing problem the school has ignored.
Doesn’t make it right, or something I approve of, but it does indicate where some corrective action needs to be taken to prevent more problems.
The real problem is the 9 year old’s parents, they are the ones that needed a beat down.
That’s one of the problems of letting anger get ahold of you and acting on it. Just who’s going to take care of your world when you’re in jail?

Sounds like the 9-year old should be the one brought up on assault charges. I’d wait for that little prick to get off the bus then do him in. He wouldn’t be touching my kid again. That’s just how I roll, ask my kids teacher. My kid couldn’t go on a field trip unless he went out door-to-door selling magazine subscriptions. I told the *unt that I would pay directly for him to go, she refused. End of her ever teaching again.

The best way to deal with bullies is still the old fashioned way.
Teach your kid how to fight, both clean & dirty. Instill courage in them. Tell them to not ever be a bully themselves. Then let them deal with the bully.
I guarantee the bully will run away crying.

42 years ago I did something similar.
I was sick for a week A 7 yr old, 75# kid kept knocking my 3 yr old, 30# son down. I warned him to stop twice, 2nd saying his but would be beat if he did it again. did it again and I picked him up , over my knee, and spanked!
that night his dad came over. I told him what happened, he said do it again and trouble. I said I’m 20 years older than you, and very sick. Lets step out into the street and clear the air. He declined the challenge.
I was much older, but played handball 3 days aweek. relfexes were exceptionally sharp for a guy >40 and eye had co ordination always great. I never doubed the outcome, he figured it out for himself.
His son never got close to mine.
I did get a “bad name” in the hood.
but 25 years early I spent time in detention for defending Ike, I do what I think is right. I live with myself – you do not!
If mama had taught her nine-year-old not to hit other kids, especially younger, smaller kids, the little shit wouldn’t be getting his bully ass kicked by an angry mom.
I don’t exactly condone an adult wailing on a nine-year-old, but I’ve known some kids who sincerely had it coming.
