  1. The problem with California’s regulations is that they don’t stay within the state boundaries of California. Just look at the building trades and construction manufacturing industries, like regulations on things like low-flow toilets, concern about lead content in plumbing fixtures. Pretty soon we’ll be using string ties in our underwear because California is afraid of elastic. California is the Brussels of the U.S. Their vast regulatory commission drives manufacturing standards throughout the country.

  2. How is everyone in California not dead from cancer?

Just about every product I have in my house has, “This product is known to the state of California to cause cancer…”

and how come it’s not known by other states?

  3. Trump should give up on building a wall in California, as well.

If they wish to be a sanctuary state, with piles of freebies for illegals, let them. The illegals will stay in the state that cares for them, just as rats stay near garbage dumps.

What I do not want is to federally fund the state’s suicide in any manner whatsoever.

I wonder, going forward, how many cars will be legal to own in California. ……smile….. Too funny! …..Lady in Red

  4. Ban all fossil fuels in and all air travel to California.

If I am to believe the hype, it will unleash a wave of technological innovation.

I mean violence. It will unleash a wave of violence.

  5. I imagine that at some point, California will have a Roster Of California Approved Cars, just like they have for handguns. If your car is not on that list, it cannot be sold in California. Every year the roster shrinks, just like handguns, until there will be no cars legal in California and all must walk, bike, or take public transit.

  6. I heard some sobering statistics on Tucker’s show last night. IIRC, 53% of all Californians, and 61% of millennials want to leave the state. And the are moving to a state near and dear to you!

OH NOES! Won’t there be people of color, to lift the prinxesses in litters? And jog, triumphantly, from place to place?

    > The reduction in R&D necessary to comply may offset the lost sales.

With a “Not approved for sale or use in California” sticker?
You might want to run those numbers again.
