Multiple Deportations: Sureño Gang Member Arrested By Border Patrol In Arizona

Breaking 911: TUCSON, Ariz. – Brian A. Terry Station Border Patrol agents apprehended a Sureño 13 gang member after he illegally re-entered the country Friday.

Eloy Flores-Balbuena, a 36-year-old Mexican national was arrested by agents patrolling near Naco. During processing, agents discovered Flores had multiple removals from the United States, in addition to a 2013 felony conviction of battery in Liberty, Illinois, a crime for which he was sentenced to 176 days imprisonment and 12 months’ probation.  read more

Until Mexico steps up to fully prosecute/incarcerate their citizens who try to cross our border(s) illegally, the U.S. should send their gov’t the bill — or deduct it from any monies paid by the U.S. through trade deals or financial aid — to pay for resources American tax payers are paying for their legal, housing, jail, medical care, etc. Just come up with a bundle of costs associated with each illegal and charge it to Mexico’s “room.” Why are we always left holding the bag?
