Meanwhile in Minnesota: Cops called on man standing outside in the cold, hugging a pillow

  1. I’ve been trying to come up with new ways to entertain myself and I am in possession of a life size Elvis cutout and his Aloha from Hawaii CD.🤔

  2. Heh heh … our Sheriff has been called (not kidding – there’s a “Sheriff’s Report” in the weekly paper, which, I assume, is factual) to remove errant coons from behind stoves, to drive the aged and infirm to the pharmacy, (in one instance) to drive a woman to the liquor store (that was her request – don’t know whether or not she got the ride), and to stop a neighbor from using secret energy weapons against a woman – oh! and another woman claimed that a meth-lab was in her attic, and the meth-heads were sending drugs down her chimney.

Cops (seem to) get some pretty strange calls.

  3. Sounds nice but, why not check on them yourself? If you’re concerned enough to call the police but can’t be bothered yourself, why bother at all? Yes, I do understand that there are crazy fucks out there and you might be at risk. Still, it goes against my grain.

  4. We have a full-sized cardboard POTUS Trump that we haul out for gatherings of our conservative friends. We put a MAGA hat on him, too. Seeing how this is Seattle, if we put him outside, we should rate at least a SWAT team visit!

  5. In the 80s and in HS daughter dearest acquired a man sized display cardboard cutout if the Jolly Green Giant from one of her friends who wasa stockboy at the grocery store. For about a year the JGG mysteriously appeared on various lawns, driveways and front porches of teachers, politicians and store entrancees around three local towns. Wonder how he got there!
