I had a close friend die recently. She died from rupture of her second cerebral aneurysm. The first was 10 years ago and it was caught in time. She had zero risk factors for aneurysms. The only thing in her life style that was different is that she did not eat meat as all. I tried multiple times to convince her of the folly of what she was doing but she felt the so call “experts” were right. In Japanese literature that is a large body of information about the terrible consequences of avoid meat and fats, most that aneurysms form as a result. But the American Heart Association blocks this information.
Worrying about that kind of nonsense will kill ya faster than whatever they fear. Who wants to be laying in a hospital bed at 40 years old dying of nothing?
I knew an acquaintancw who raiswd her daughters vegan. The kids were literally gray in skin color.
Hitler was a vegan. Besides being nuts, he had serious health problems. (Good.)

I lots 15 lbs this year eating at first, Keto diet of salad and meat but 6 weeks ago I went to eating mostly high fat ribeyes and pot roasts once a day and mostly nothing else.
and when I started this diet I didn’t think I was all that overweight. Apparently I was wrong. No I’m 5’10” 165 lbs and the weight is still coming off.
That all meat diet is the only way to go if you want to lose weight
A degree from the “School of Hard Knocks” is the best you can get but it isn’t free so very few progressive types ever acquire one.
A vegan diet is actually good for you. You just need to add dairy, beef, pork, fish, and chicken to it.

I want tp thank you for posting this. For about a year now I completely changed my diet to mostly no meat and especially no wheat and no sugar. I think I will eat more farmers’ market meat now because I’ve notice my hair thinning and issues with my teeth.
