Special counsel Robert Mueller concluded his nearly two-year long investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and submitted it to the Justice Department on Friday. The conclusion of the report found there was no conspiracy or criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign or Russia. The report did not come to a definitive conclusion on whether Trump committed obstruction of justice.
Since Trump’s shocking upset against Hilary Clinton in 2016, his opponents and members of the media have shared the belief that Trump colluded with Russia in order to win the election. Dating back to May of 2017, there have been 533,074 web articles have been published about Russia and Trump/Mueller according to Axios.
