Epoch Times: Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) plans to refer several people involved in the surveillance operation against the Trump campaign for criminal investigation, the representative’s spokesman confirmed to The Epoch Times.
Nunes will make the referrals in a single letter to the Department of Justice, which will be sent within one or two weeks. In February, Nunes said he planned to send the referrals once Attorney General William Barr was confirmed by the Senate.
Nunes, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, announced his intention in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News on March 27, days after Barr released the final findings of the special counsel investigation led by Robert Mueller.
Mueller’s conclusion was the same as the one the House Intelligence Committee reached more than a year ago, when the panel was led by Nunes. The committee and the special counsel concluded there is no evidence of conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia.
“We knew this was a joke from the beginning, and I’ve said as much for a long time. Basically, from the time our report came out, which has been a year,” Nunes told Breitbart. “But now, the real work begins. It’s good to not have that sitting out there. But we have to now go on offense and track down all these dirty cops and bad players.” more here

What takes “weeks”.
I’m not one to complain or raise a red flag of concern, but just a day or so ago the schedule was NEXT WEEK. Now it’s 1-2 weeks. Devin Nunes has done some good work, but we can’t let him be this year’s Daryl Issa or Trey Gowdy.
Just do it.
Schiff has much to worry about. But what I don’t understand is why Nunes’ committee identified him as a leaker over a year ago and did nothing then. It has allowed Schiff and others to use that time to amplify their lies and other anti-Trump activities in the meantime.
Is it time to re-name the ‘Legislative Branch’ to the ‘Investigative Branch’?
