(CNSNews.com) – Speaking on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Wednesday, House Intelligence Committee member Rep. Jim Himes (D-Conn.) said that former Special Counsel Robert Mueller “is going to get subpoenaed.”
“I have two things to say. Number one, it’s going to happen. He is going to get subpoenaed,” Himes said. “Look, we have a profound interest inside the Intelligence Committee in hearing about something that we haven’t heard nearly enough. By the way, it will be behind closed doors so it will not necessarily be newsworthy.”
Last month, Mueller told reporters that he is closing the Special Counsel’s office and was resigning from the Justice Department. Mueller said he had no plans to testify in front of Congress saying “the report is my testimony.”
“In the case of Bob Mueller, that’s a little different. He no longer works for the Department of Justice. I’m sure they’re going to try to stop him. Bob Mueller has his own reasons for not wanting to testify,” Himes said.
“What are they?” MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough asked Himes. “Because you know what? How much money did the investigation cost? I don’t mean to sound like a Trump supporter. How much did taxpayers pay him? And I’m sorry, does he really think that it is every American’s way they want to spend their day reading the Mueller report?
“Some people are not going to read that government document. I want to know why Robert Mueller thinks he’s above coming to Capitol Hill and testifying for Americans? It’s outrageous,” he said.
“I want to know something else, Jim. Why don’t you subpoena him? This is absolutely ridiculous. He documented 10 examples of the president of the United States obstructing justice,” Scarborough continued. more

If the report is his testimony, then see if live testimony jibes with the report. If it’s off in the least little bit, hit him with perjury.
Herr Mueller was the Democraps bought and paid for (with our tax dollars) political assassin! What more can he do for them that he hasn’t already done on their behalf with that fake two-year political investigation resulting in that fake political report!
They are going to ask him if what is documented in the report would be prosecuted if someone other than the President did them. He will say yes, and we’re off to the races, again.
If they force him to show up Mueller is going to be pissed. He told them that was everything. He knows it’s the Dems forcing the issue, and he will be a hostile witness toward them.
