  8. For years I’ve wondered which is the truth about the GOP:

    1. TRAITORS: They’ve been Leftists from the start, or secretly become so over time.

    2. COMPROMISED: They’ve compromised themselves by falling into really, really bad honeytraps, or are secretly queer (a former speaker comes to mind), and so are secretly controlled by the Left who have the negatives.

    3. GRAFT: They’re bought off and well paid to maintain the facade of opposition…on relatively minor issues, they throw bones to the base. When push comes to shove, like on repealing Obamacare, they suddenly find reasons not to do the very thing they ran on. Elections coming up? Wave the flag and toss more bones to the base.

    4. CRAVEN, DEFEATED, FECKLESS COWARDS: They’re not necessarily any of the above, but they know what depraved human nature is doing to this country (and does to every country sooner or later). They see the collapse coming; they know it’s inevitable and that they’re powerless to do anything to stop the exponential human wave of depravity that ALWAYS propels the worst power-hungry liars to power…BUT they cravenly love their (illusion of) power, the celebrity, the pay, and the platinum-plated healthcare and the invulnerable retirement too much to say what they really think. So they ride the gravy train as long as they can and keep their mouths shut.

    There can be overlap among these four, but which do you think is the most likely explanation? Any others that I’m missing?

  15. How long have we been waiting for any sign of a shift in the trajectory? Is it part of a strategy to wear us down to the point we simply cease to care anymore?
    In any other case of criminal activity this widespread there would have been arrests by now and yet we see nothing. If there were arrests it would have a domino effect in that people would try to get the best outcome for themselves at the expense of others involved yet we see nothing.
    Trump can’t even rid his own administration of all the traitors working against him and it appears the conspirators are humming along.
    If anything does happen I suspect we’ll all be disappointed with the results and nothing major will change. There just seems to be too many powerful interests involved that are blocking any sweeping changes.
    I’m about fed up with the charade.

  18. Grool – Not sure if there are others, or if there even have to be (there probably are), the bottom line is that the four you’ve named are why Donald Trump is President. In 2012 AND 2014 Americans tried giving the majority to the Republicans in the House and the Senate in hopes of getting something accomplished and got NOTHING for it in return. That’s why Americans rejected democRATs and Republicans in 2016! Despite all the lying propaganda and the massive democRAT effort (that includes some Republicans) to resist, corrupt and destroy a duly elected, sitting President, Donald Trump is now a proven formula for success!

    Well said. I think the Rinks don’t want to be in power because then they would be responsible. They want the same things as the dems but won’t admit it. They rather fund raise and say “we will beat them next time, just write another check, this time bigger”.

  21. It is happening, just don’t expect to see it in the MSM. Don’t expect Tater Stelter to talk about Clinton’s lawyer testifying under oath and contradicting herself. Don’t look for look for Rachel Maddow to tell you about the State Dept official testifying under oath that Hillary was warned about her email scheme.

    But do watch for the Fake News to start an industry-wide attack on Judicial Watch. When that happens, you’ll know that people are going to jail soon.

  22. One thing in our favor, sort of, is that NPC drones, if they vote at all, tend not to stay home from voting in protest against the Left. They don’t seem to have that programming because they’re too stoned, too lazy, too distracted, too stupid, or too crazy. So no real, serious, scary message ever gets sent to Democrats on a national scale, so they keep on message year in, year out. Either their base gets ginned up by the ministry of truth and votes, or it dosen’t. But the Dems stay consistent.

    But conservative voters can, have, and will stay home again if the GOP continues to screw us. The Rs hate it but they hear that message loud and clear…especially now, when a winner like Trump is behind us. So for now. they go along with us. More or less.

    Pathetic that that’s the decomposed condition we’re in but it’s something, I suppose.

  25. Nowut Ameen, Barr was brought in to put the lid on the witch hunt, which he is doing. He won’t go on offense, as his ultimate mission is to protect the establishment. Same with Wray. Republican DOJs are forbidden to go after government crooks because Nixon and Fascist.

    A few people will go to jail, people like Jackson Kosko, but most of the justice will be gotten in civil actions. At a bare minimum, none of the crooks should be allowed to serve in a future Democrat administration. Penalties and punishment must be given which includes never having another government job and revocation of security clearances.

    That sounds a lot like what I have been saying about the eRepublicans for three decades now.

    I can still hear all the excused made for not getting rid of Arlon Sphincter. Maybe it has been four decades since I recognized the treacherous bastards for what they are.
