Dan Bongino: Governor Andrew Cuomo was a guest on Albany’s WAMC radio and got heated about the recent incidents where civilians threw buckets of water at NYPD patrolling their streets. Question is, whose side is Cuomo on?
In the discussion, Cuomo says that the reactions of the officers showed them to be “impotent” and that their behavior was “one of the most disturbing and embarrassing actions I’ve seen.” Although he seems to blame Mayor de Blasio when he said, “I look to the training and the policies of the police department that would’ve instructed them to act that way.” more here
And if the cops reacted in any way then it’s racism on their part.
Let me get this straight, cops are unable to defend themselves and we are supposed to give up our guns?

I have to say that I agree with Cuomo in this case.
P.S. – I would love to see those water-throwing clowns come down to Texas and try that s**t with the cops here. That would get them a hickory shampoo in a New York minute.

There is no middle ground anymore. Either cops shoot people for everything, or do nothing and it’s friggin’ anarchy. No reasonable middle left anymore. Pick one.

If the cops see an actual threat to their life at a school shooting, they sit and wake for backup to arrive and the gunfire to stop. If they see a kid with a nerf gun or a drugged up nutball with a pair of scissors limping about, they shoot to kill. I don’t think they need politically fireproof Coumo to try to confuse them anymore, than many of them are already. Funny how Coumo doesn’t want ICE removing feral humans, but small minds with a water bucket need to be shown just who’s in charge.
NY, both the city and the state got what it voted for and deserves. Sorry that the cops have to deal with taking
crap, but they have a very strong union and a history of
not backing down when shit on. It is about time for them
to remember that.

I remember a time when “Stop or I’ll shoot!” was operational. And by god most of the perps STOPPED! But then with the upcoming civil upheaval ain’t none of this shit gonna matter. Survival in urban areas is gonna be very dicey. Of course this will be the fault of all those white supremacist deplorables.
