A 28-year-old Florida man who was awaiting sentencing for an attempted murder charge had to be restrained after he threw urine on the prosecutor inside a Florida courtroom, this week.

According to a police report from the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Albert Narvaez, of Pembroke Pines, excused himself during the hearing at one point on Wednesday to use the restroom. 1. Hmmmm. 2 year old case. Inmate hasn’t even hit a prison yard yet, just jail. Now he has added charges, maybe 5 more years. Plus, he has bad paperwork. Meaning, his charges will show that he tried to kill his girlfriend. Everyone will find out.

He’s gonna’ get booked. By which I mean he’s gonna’ get his wig split.

  2. It’s called “getting gassed”. Prisoners do it occasionally. To guards, not lawyers… A good possible reason why this guy did it is because he’s so scared of going to the state pen general population that he’ll do anything to get put in protective custody for as long as he can.

Look at him. I see daisy dukes and lipstick in his prison future.
