What is your water cooler’s source of water?

Office Worker Disgusted To Discover New Water Cooler’s Source Is The Toilet.

KFI: When it comes to an office, just about everyone tends to use two things – the bathroom and the water cooler. Typically, the two aren’t really connected but at one office, they are just a little too closely related for some people. An employee there posted a video on Twitter of their new water cooler. The fancy, advanced dispenser is set up to give out cool or warm H2O, but the video investigates just where the water is coming from, and the answer is a little disturbing. MORE

  1. Toilet supply line same source as sink supply line, was easier to access and tap from. Not seeing the problem here.

More importantly, look closely at the split second glimpse in the mirror that you catch of this fool.

  2. Another sissified person with a phone making mountains out of mole hills. There is nothing wrong with that water but admittedly someone took the easy way out and tapped the most easily accessible line to tap into. Not as big a deal as the drama queen makes it out to be. Supply your own water if you don’t like it.

  3. Seems ok, definitely better than my water situation at work. We have a couple rules where I work- don’t dig anywhere and don’t drink the water. I bring my own, safer that way.

  4. I would have liked to have seen the look on their faces if the plumber had to tap into a pee trap primer.
You only do that to keep sewer gas from backing up, most people don’t know that if a pee trap dries up you can some times get sewer gas leaking into your house not often but it happens.
    Stinky.
But the water still would be good to drink.

  5. …one of the factories I work in is quite warm, and to help deal with it they used to place dispenser coolers, sometimes with Gatorade, sometimes with water, always with lots of ice, around the plant in various locations so people don’t die.

Problem was, many of our Islamic workers have the usual Islamic take on communitarianism and hygiene, and so would do things like cool their bottled beverages by taking the top off the coolers and dunking them, or would use the same water cup all day and again remove the top to dip out some ice in the cup they had their lips on, or scoop the ice out of the water out by hand – sometimes the LEFT hand, if you know what THAT means – and put it down their shirt (or even less savory places).

And other employees were expected to drink out of the tap on the bottom of the same cooler.

The company made some half-hearted attempts at telling them to stop, but as a Govenment contractor that survived the Obama years, they are REALLY afraid of saying ANYTHING to Obama’s Muslim imports, even in the Trump years, since the Deep State still controls the contracting process.

…so, recognizing that having the Muslims making the few people that actually did the WORK sick wasn’t going to fly, they spent a bunch of money putting plumbed, chilled water stations in so the water couldn’t be contaminated.

They look just like those, in fact, but do not do WARM water.

…given a choice between processed toilet water and Muslim contaminated water, I would just bring in my own bottled beverages, just like I’ve ALWAYS done, which kind of makes the whole issue moot, and I recommend it to everyone as a way to avoid ALL such questions…

  6. … actually, it’s pretty stupid to have combined sewer systems. you basically double the amount of water that has to be treated … very expensive … & you’d get heavily fined by the EPA for dumping raw sewage into a body of water.

otoh, pretty sure that water line in the vid wouldn’t pass code … but the idea’s fine (the line to the toilet feeds into the tank, not the bowl)

…It wasn’t MY idea, I’m just the messenger…I don’t believe I existed when they came up with it…

  9. If this happened in Calcuttafornia, where most voters have shit for brains, TFB. On the other hand, ALL sources of water are recycled and reconsumed on the space station. Come to think of it, maybe that’s what’s wrong with Gabby Gifford’s husband, Mark Kelly. While everyone else was drinking out of the white hose, Kelly was drinking out of the grey hose. All makes sense now.

  10. I couldn’t see where the line connected.
If it’s connected to the WC supply – what’s the problem?
That’s protected from siphonage by an air-gap built into the ballcock assembly.
    People really are fucking stupid.
Why’d the water cooler installer pass the lavatory and tie into the water closet supply? My guess is laziness (saddle valve (?) wouldn’t work on the lav supplies).

    izlamo delenda est …
