Let’s see what happened – publicly expressed displeasure with the new team and new team-coach, team-captain, team-manager combined into one person. Completed several actions to disrupt team from achieving goals. Gets fired for incompetence & causing team problems / disharmony. Whines about being fired. But ought to have just resigned due to being incompatible with team mission statement.
Ah, sorry. No participation trophies allowed. You need to be competent for the job you were hired to do.
