If we have to have a Dept. of Education in the first place, at least it would be good to have someone heading it who can fight Leftism.

So where are the clear guidlines that due process will be accorded: that no college that receives any federal money directly or indirectly may conduct proceedings except in accordance with the rules regulating the courts, right to counsel, right to confront, etc. etc. and in all cases subject to appeals in real courts.
The elites will never say there are enough taxes, wars, debt, and tyranny.
The ruling class will continue their insanity until the US Ponzi economy collapses, the 99% are sent to the concentration camps, a civil war breaks out, and WWIII starts so they can divide the wealth of the world among themselves. This is the end game. The only question is when.
