Mother of San Bernardino jihad mass murderer demands to receive his $280,000 life insurance policy

Jihad Watch: Chutzpah. You’d think she would be contrite on her son’s behalf and would willingly forfeit any claim to this money, perhaps donating it to the families of the victims. Instead, this.

“EXCLUSIVE: Mother of San Bernardino terrorist is seen four years after he and his ISIS-loving wife massacred 14 of his co-workers – and she is STILL fighting the DOJ to get his $280,000 life insurance policy,” by Ruth Styles, Dailymail.com, December 11, 2019 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

The mother of San Bernardino terrorist Syed Farook has been pictured by DailyMailTV just days after the four-year anniversary of the massacre by her son and her daughter-in-law at a Christmas party.

Rafia Farook, 66, shared a home in Redlands, California, with her son and his ISIS-following wife Tashfeen Malik, and their baby daughter.

But she told investigators that she had no idea he was plotting a terrorist attack – even though the couple built some of the small bombs later used in the December 2, 2015 massacre at the home. read more

  1. I’m pretty sure that there are a few newish congresswomen who were pushing for laws forcing payouts from insurance companies for jihadists who died while fighting abroad against NATO.

There are some really bright people around this site. I’m sure someone remembers it.

  2. A contract’s a contract.

The gov’t has no right to steal that money.
The Ins. Co. has no right to withhold it.

If the gov’t isn’t happy, they should pass a law prohibiting Ins. Co.s from insuring terrorists. If the Ins. Co. is unhappy, they should refrain from insuring terrorists.

  3. Have to agree with Tim. It’s possible just granny didn’t know what they were planning and as said, a contract is a contract no matter how distasteful it is. We know all about that up here with the damn Khadr family.

  4. Lemme,
Asset forfeiture is one of the biggest law enforcement scams going. I live in Chickenbone, South Cackylacky a small town that has an inordinate amount of new police vehicles. SUVs, Chargers, Pickups all now lettered with police graphics yet my tax rate has gone up very little. They’ll seize anything of any worth for any reason as long as you’ve been convicted of certain crimes.

  5. Technically, isn’t the life insurance policy an asset of the killer? Did the survivors of the 14 people who were murdered sue the killer’s estate? Distribute the $280,000 to the 14. Besides, most insurance policies I’ve seen are nullified if you commit suicide, including suicide by cop.

I love you, man. But please to stop peeing on my shoes.

You don’t need to be convicted of any crime. You don’t even need to be charged with any crime.

    > Arguments like these are why we will lose the war to muslims.

Americans surrendered, to you, generations ago. If the Muslims defeat you… Well, I, for one, welcome our new, beardy overlords.

  9. She said, “….she is doing ok, and that her family is trying to move on”.

Pity. I bet the families of those who your murderous spawn of Satan slaughtered wishes they could “move on”.

How’s about you move on back to the shithole country from which you hail, then perhaps we could all “move on”.

  10. All life insurance co. should put in a mandatory clause regarding terrorist and criminal intent clauses for murder etc.

State makes it illegal to sell life ins. without said clause.

  11. tell her to go pound sand- and in some foreign country too.
Most insurance policies exclude reckless behavior or endangerment of self. He was probably excluded from coverage for skydiving, too.

  12. Reading about the exploits of the murderers extended family, the question arises: Are there any of these muslim immigrants who AREN’T involved in immigration fraud? (Also see Omar, Illhan)
