VIRGINIA LEGISLATURE TO HOLD BUDGET HEARING ON GUN CONFISCATION THIS THURSDAY, JANUARY 2

GOA:

Please Make Plans to Attend a Meeting and Show Your Support for 2A-Protected Rights!

The state’s Democratic legislature will be holding hearings on Governor “Blackface” Northam’s anti-gun budget in four locations around the state on Thursday.

We understand that this is short notice. But it would have a significant impact if many of our members could show up and make a 3-minute statement and ask questions of the legislators in attendance.

We have to speak out, because your rights are under attack by the Governor of Virginia. Consider:

  • Governor “Blackface” is supporting SB 16, which would ban commonly-owned firearms in more than one million Virginia households — a ban that would even outlaw sporting weapons such as the Mossberg 930 Snow Goose.
  • The Governor has requested $4 million and 18 law-enforcement positions to enforce his gun ban — a request that could be the preparatory steps for confiscating the guns which would be banned by SB 16.
  • Moreover, the Governor is requesting another $3.5 million to enforce gun control that has NOT been passed by the legislature and is NOT even current law in Virginia:  universal background checks, one gun a month limitations, so-called “red flag” gun confiscation orders, and more.

We need to get as many pro-gun Virginians as possible to attend these meetings and demand to know if the Delegates and Senators plan to allocate money — as delineated in budget — to confiscate common, household firearms from Virginia citizens.

You can have up to three minutes to speak to the Delegates and Senators who will be in attendance. And because they sit on the appropriations committee, you might want to consider the following types of questions for them to consider:

  1. Anything more restrictive than the federal 2nd Amendment is null and void, punishable by fines and removal from office.

That’s what Florida did to communities that enacted gun laws higher than the state law.

Guess what? They got 6 months to remove those laws from the books and they did. It’s not the NRA’s job to chase down and remove every illegal law, so the state made the final decree.

The U.S. government is SUPPOSED to protect our Constitutional rights, and if not, the blood of tyrants should be spilled.

Those who will not listen, must be made to feel….

  2. Showing up for this hearing is one thing, but that march on January 20th needs to be canceled. Just asking for the Mother of all false flags. And yes Libtards are that desperate.

  3. I can see how the march would be a FF opportunity. But even these hearings, in a smaller way, could be as well. Now that we have the realization that we have a tyrannical government that needs to be brought under control just about any gathering of Patriots will be a FF opportunity. And you’re right, the libs are feeling some real desperation.

As I understand it, the march on the 20th will be complete with protesters draping AR’s (empty) over their shoulders. You can bet ur ass their will be snipers on every roof top. It would be a walk in the park to stage an FF. A highly charged situation. Why? Patriots control 95% of the land mass in Virginia. Make these bitches come to you.

  5. They may be empty over their shoulders but there will be full magazines just a short reach away. We live in interesting times. Was it Thomas Paine that said “let there be trouble now so my children may live in peace”?

    > What happens in Virginia will show us what will happen in the rest of the Nation.

What has happened in Virginia, shows you what will not happen, anywhere, in The United States.

  7. @You Know What I Mean, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State . . . ”
That would be the Virginia National Guard, which should already have been called up to place the Governor under arrest . They should be armed and ready to corral the anti-2nd law-makers and imprison them under guard until they renew their oaths to uphold the Constitutional rights of the people. They need to be afraid, not the people of Virginia. Sadly, it has become either them, or the people who will be in control.

  8. If the government attempts to disarm the people indeed begins in earnest, there remains no other course but to resist with arms. Let’s not deceive ourselves. This goes to the very heart of our survival as a free people and surely blood will be shed. As Jefferson rightly observed: “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants.”

  9. This is probably an acid test. He and his minions can then cast the balkers as blackguards. Deplorables. The balkers are cast as murderers. Possible murderers. It doesn’t matter.

What Northam knows (maybe) is that the SCC will follow through. That doesn’t matter either. What matters is the collision.

  10. @tRUTH ~ once again, you are in error. the National Guard is an adjunct of the US Army & US Air Force …. expressly NOT a ‘Milita’

10 U.S. Code § 10503. Functions of National Guard Bureau: charter:
The Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Secretary of the Army, and the Secretary of the Air Force, shall develop and prescribe a charter for the National Guard Bureau. The charter shall reflect the full scope of the duties and activities of the Bureau, including the following matters:
(1)Allocating unit structure, strength authorizations, and other resources to the Army National Guard of the United States and the Air National Guard of the United States.
(2)The role of the National Guard Bureau in support of the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of the Air Force.

… only takes a total of 2 clicks to find it … nice try, Comrade Troll

  11. @ ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ, “once again, you are in error. the National Guard is an adjunct of the US Army & US Air Force ”
The US Military is to protect and defend this country from domestic and foreign enemies according to the Constitution. These political law-makers have become domestic enemies by NOT keeping their oaths of office, basically treason against the country. Therefore the National Guard have the obligation to uphold their own oaths. They don’t have to be a non-government militia, but they do have to do their oath duty. How that affects Virginia depends on what the N.G decides for country and for State of Virginia.

Armed Forces Except for the National Guard
The military oath of enlistment (re-enlistment) is fairly straightforward for most military personnel. It’s administered by a superior officer, and carried out like most traditional oaths, with the officer reading the oath and the person being sworn repeating it.

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

    Army or Air National Guard
The National Guard Oath of service is slightly different since Guard members also have to adhere to the Constitution of the state where they’ll perform their duties.

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of (STATE NAME) against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the Governor of (STATE NAME) and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to law and regulations. So help me God.

  12. Impeach 73.
[Where’s Maxine when her brand of crazy motto would have a legit purpose?]

The Va. governor, AG, and several other Va. office holder are violating their oath of office. Either to stupid to know what it means, or willingly failing to do their duty to the oath they swore (or affirmed) to uphold.

49-1. Form of general oath required of officers.

Every person before entering upon the discharge of any function as an officer of this Commonwealth shall take and subscribe the following oath:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Virginia,

and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge all the duties incumbent upon me as ____________________ according to the best of my ability, (so help me God).”

Uh oh, I see their possible loop hole in the last sentence, “according to the best of my ability”. And there’s clear evidence their ability level is well below failure level.

I can hear their defense, “I am not a crook, a thug, or a tyrant wannabe. I am just incompetent.”

  13. We’ve seen this before. Just as the campaign and election of Deval Patrick as governor of Massachusetts was a “dry run” or “dress rehearsal” for the campaign and election of Barrack Obama, so is this the dry run/dress rehearsal for enslavement in the rest of this country.

The time for talk and peaceable assembly has passed. It’s “go time” and the lot was drawn by the Old Dominion. Virginians, the future of our country lies with you; you didn’t ask for it, but there it is. Americans will join you as necessary as events develop. A little bodily fluid spilled now will prevent mass spillage later.
