Pollak: Did Adam Schiff Out Himself as Leaker to Washington Post?

Breitbart; Lead House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) may have been an anonymous source for the Washington Post as it reported allegations that have led to the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

Schiff may have outed himself during his opening arguments in the Senate trial of the president on Wednesday, as he cited an opinion article written by the Post editorial board — an odd reference in a presentation of factual evidence.

The House Intelligence Committee chairman cited a Sep. 5, 2019 editorial titled: “Trump tries to force Ukraine to meddle in the 2020 election.”

He said:

On September 25th [sic], the Washington Post editorial board reported concerns that President Trump was withholding military assistance for Ukraine, and a White House meeting, in order to force President Zelensky to announce investigations of Vice President Biden and purported Ukrainian interference in the U.S. election.

The Post editorial board wrote: “[W]e are reliably told that the president has a second and more venal agenda. He is attempting to force Mr. Zelensky to intervene in the 2020 presidential election by launching an investigation of the leading Democratic candidate, Joe Biden. Mr. Trump is not just soliciting Ukraine’s help with his presidential campaign; he is using military aid the country desperately needs in an attempt to extort it.

Schiff used the editorial as factual evidence that Trump was “on notice” that his “scheme” had been discovered. read more

  1. The fact that this buffoon thinks that the President needs to sabotage the Biden campaign to win the election proves what an imbecile he is.
Trump would welcome going against {sleepy Joe} the senile preteen groper.

  2. What’s this Senate impeachment trial of which you speak? I haven’t heard about it.
Will it be made into a Ken Burns documentary? Reruns this summer perhaps? Or should I look for it on Netflix?

  3. I would love to have witnessed the panic that ensued as that staffer hung up the phone.

Anyone else notice that the word of this week and last is “scheme”? It’s everywhere!

  4. PDJT’s defense team will dismantle every talking point, slide, and exhibit put on (no pun intended) by this kabuki show trail over the last 3 days.

They are going to deconstruct every ludicrous inference, logical fallacy, half assed assertion, dubious conclusion, erroneous connection and unapologetic lie put forth by these lightweight idiots.

I can’t wait to see what they do to the three amigos argument. They will put every Demonrat quote presented as evidence of intent into its proper context by showing that context instead of the portions cherry-picked by Satans team. Presumptions, lies, and heresy do not facts make.

It will be glorious to watch real lawyers eviscerating the pretending grandstanders. Only Schiff, Jeffries, and Crow are actual lawyers and Crow is the only one to see a courtroom in decades.

The contrast between them and Sekulow, Cipollone, Bondi, and Starr could not be more stark. Nazi Nan did not have much to choose from, and from those she did choose as usual the senile old bat chose poorly.
