  1. Mortality around 3%, apparently. Transmissibility: moderate.

But, go to China, you could die when you get home. Not a good trade deal.

Don’t go to China. Nixon was mistaken.

  2. There’s also one in Texas and Tenn. The count goes up hourly, it bears watching.

BTW, what about all the others on the airplanes while these people are onboard and shedding virus?

  3. Where were all the media outlets’ outrage and worry over spreading of diseases when they were/are promoting open borders and letting anyone and everyone through with no vetting? They didn’t seem to care very much when babies were being paralyzed by the new mystery disease coming across the US border from God knows where.

  4. Folks. THIS…is a concern. It was inevitable with the type of quick transportation available today. Two Hundred-plus years ago…not so much.

These micro-organisms (short-lived, or longer) have, theoretically, come (and gone) in previous transportation eras. But, then, the predominate transport consisted of horses, buggy, foot walk and ships, with symptoms (and deaths) likely misdiagnosed.
