Charging that so-called “sanctuary” cities that protect illegal immigrants are jeopardizing domestic security, Attorney General Bill Barr announced a slew of additional sanctions that he called a “significant escalation” against left-wing local and state governments that obstruct the “lawful functioning of our nation’s immigration system.”
Speaking at the National Sheriff’s Association 2020 Winter Legislative and Technology Conference in Washington, D.C., Barr said the Justice Department would immediately file multiple lawsuits against sanctuary jurisdictions for unconstitutionally interfering with federal immigration enforcement, and implement unprecedented national reviews of left-wing sanctuary governments and prosecutors.
“Let us state the reality upfront and as clearly as possible,” Barr began. “When we are talking about sanctuary cities, we are talking about policies that are designed to allow criminal aliens to escape. These policies are not about people who came to our country illegally but have otherwise been peaceful and productive members of society. Their express purpose is to shelter aliens whom local law enforcement has already arrested for other crimes. This is neither lawful nor sensible.” read more

Unless you go and physically remove them from office or the bench, they will spit venom at you all day, every day.
It’s a show-down the federal government probably doesn’t want, it’s bad optics, but it’s a CIVIL WAR that needs to happen at some point.
Best to secede, and separate, watch the Blue States fall under their own crushing incompetence.

Cut off their funding. All of it.
It will have to end before these rogue states drag the whole nation into the sewer with them. Stop or slow federal funding from going to these states.

Just so happened there was a talk show by a former Sac County Sheriff today who invited a bunch of NorCal DA’s. They are beyond pissed and totally in favor of cutting all funds to California. I’ll try and find a link.
I think we are seeing the ‘pre-election’ phase, where the PDT DoJ is going to proceed cautiously, ’cause the paramount importance is to win the election

Sue the “Sanctuary” State or Local government when these released illegals wander off to other states or counties to commit crimes. Why should taxpayers have to cover the costs and expenses involved in handling these invaders from God knows where.

New law. If you’re a sanctuary city DA and you let a convicted illegal criminal out into the public, you serve his time for the next crime he commits. Fxcking only seems fair.

As much as I love Trump, he is the CEO. Why is the DOJ so incapable of understanding what equal justice under the law means? Is there no authority in the country capable of recognizing right from wrong? Spygate anyone? WTF?
