So where is AG Barr? I thought he ran the DOJ – a phone call to the lead prosecutor saying the administration position is the sentencing recommendation should be in line with all first time offenders of similar crimes would take care of this. The left wouldn’t even have any “miscarriage of justice” BS to cry about. Pres Trump could still pardon him next year.
If the DOJ is just itching to lock somebody up why not start with that hawk billed activist prick Andrew Weissmann for abuse of authority and attempting to defraud the court?
Are these prosecutors some of the Obama hold-overs that we’re supposed to have been fired in Jan 2017? I hope this is their last case tried, and they will soon be unemployed.
Roger Stone is being persecuted for being a high profile Trump supporter. He was targeted because they couldn’t entrap the Trumps. They raided his home and arrested him as if he was a deadly killer. It was more like the tactics that the Gestapo or the Cheka perfected to install fear and terror in oppressed populations, not something employed by law enforcement in the United States of America. He needs to be pardoned before he serves a single day in prison.

Trump is already talking like a pardon will be forthcoming. Probably have to wait til after election but I don’t know, Trump’s got balls.
I’ve got less than no problem with this. Just hoping the actual time is more like “7 to 9 hours”. From the start of the gang rape, to the beating to death by padlock in a sock.
