Pluralist- The U.S. women’s national soccer team players wore their jerseys inside out Wednesday evening during pregame warm-ups for an exhibition game in their latest protest of an ongoing pay dispute with the U.S. soccer federation.
The USSF crest remained hidden on their uniforms as the women stood for the national anthem before the team’s 3-1 victory over Japan in Frisco, Texas, The Associated Press reported. more
Can you imagine working your butt off to be on the best team in the country, potentially the world, and then to have to deal with players pushing this BS? I guarantee there are a few on that team who are just shaking their heads, then going along because cancel culture.

The United States Women’s Hockey Team has WAY MORE CLASS than the soccer team.
Hockey players seem to be a bit more grounded and humble than soccer players in general.

Now she says she is better than every single one of those boys – she compares herself to each individual player, not all of them put together, i.e., the entire team.
Most sports reward those that are bigger, stronger, faster, but in some sports, in some positions, skill is more important. Think quarterback versus defensive back in football…skill vs brute force. But pure skill is just part of what makes a person a good athlete. Tom Brady is an awesome QB, but he also has the strength and speed that is required to play the game in the NFL.
Sure, if she had the strength, size, and speed, she would be as good, and would be able to compete, but she can’t and never will.
