Start by trimming their toe nails back to the nubs.Then tie bells around their necks. Run a low voltage wire around the enclosure. Do the same at the bottom to prevent escaping under.

This story is like reading the history of the honey badger Trump presidency.
The demonrats, deep-staters, and never-Trumpers, keep trying to trap him, and he keeps escaping. They up their strategy, he escapes again.
It’s not yet clear if the new angel of death prowling the neighborhood really is more deadly than the ones already here.
