  1. I’m willing to give Attorney General Barr more time to get this accomplished. U S Attorney John Durham is not a Swamp Creature. Durham is acting independently of Barr. This is not a Coverup. All it takes is one rat who is not willing to take a fall for other rats. One of them has to be singing by now. Barr has backed Trump at almost every turn. Give him the benefit of the doubt for another month or so.

  2. Sorta like “investigations” into UFOs, Oak Island, Ancient Aliens, and Bigfoot.
(and censuring Schumer for his threats)

    “NEVER BEFORE REVEALED!”
    “NEW EVIDENCE!”

And keeps on going on and on and on for generations – Area 51 – what? 75 years now? Yeah, I’m all on the edge of my seat … *yawn* … gettin more coffee …

  3. The AP had a ridiculously biased article yesterday claiming Barr’s comments were made without presenting any “evidence”. Within the same article, they then detailed all of the issues that supported his assertion and repeated the Papadopoulos lie.

Attorney General William Barr believes the Russia investigation that shadowed President Donald Trump for the first two years of his administration was started without any basis and amounted to an effort to “sabotage the presidency,” he said in an interview with Fox News Channel.

Barr offered no support for his assertion that the FBI lacked a basis for opening the investigation and made no mention of the fact that the bureau began its probe after a Trump campaign adviser purported to have early knowledge that Russia had dirt on Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton.

The inspector general’s report identified significant problems with applications to receive and renew warrants to monitor the communications of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page in 2016 and 2017. Investigators were concerned about Page’s ties to Russia, but never charged him with any wrongdoing. Inspector General Michael Horowitz told senators the FBI failed to follow its own standards for accuracy and completeness when it sought warrants from the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to monitor Page’s communications.

The report detailed 17 errors and omissions during those wiretap applications, including failing to tell the court when questions were raised about the reliability of some of the information it had presented to receive the warrants.

CG: So which is it? There’s no evidence or there is evidence that you are ignoring?

The FBI opened its investigation into ties between the Trump campaign and Russia on July 31, 2016.

By that point, Russian hackers had broken into the Clinton campaign and other Democratic email accounts and George Papadopoulos, a Trump campaign adviser, had boasted to a diplomat that he was aware that Russia had derogatory information on Clinton.

CG: Lying mofos. We all know how Papadopoulos “boasted” about what FBI operatives told him and then had Halpert and Mifsud setting him up. Tried to entrap him with a $10,000 cash payment in Europe for a sting where they wanted to nab him with it returning to the US.

The AP is a worthless sack of shit.

  4. Frankly, I’m sick and tired of all of it. Either do something with the “mountains of evidence” we keep hearing about, or just admit that nobody is ever going to be held responsible for any of it.

  5. It isn’t just a co-incidence that the guys who murdered Julius Caesar haven’t been prosecuted, yet. Caesar had (probably) pissed off HRC.

Or his check to the Clinton Foundation bounced.

    Some shit never changes.

  6. Tim: Julius Caesar’s heir and adopted son, Octavius, bided his time, consolidated his power, and eventually got his revenge on Decimus, Brutus, Cassius, and most of the other Senatorial Conspirators. Octavius outmaneuvered all of his opponents, and declared himself Rome’s first emperor as Augustus Caesar. The question remains to be answered if the people who attempted to figuratively assassinate President Donald J. Trump will be figuratively run down and meet their well deserved bloody ends.

  7. How about your investigation into the phony impeachment? I have had enough of the of the stay tune for next weeks exciting episode bullshit.
As an attorney general the only thing you succeed is sitting on your ass!
    Resign now!!!!

  8. Marco,
I wasn’t seriously implying that Caesar was Arkancided by HR Clinton. And though evil has existed throughout time, I don’t think she has kept that form since Caesar’s time. There IS evidence that she sloughs off her skin and assumes a new form every hundred years or so …

  9. Tim: I know you were being sarcastic with that Julius Caesar reference, but I wanted to extend the thought that the assassins of Caesar eventually met their fates. Perhaps Comey and Brennan and Clapper and their seditious Co-conspirators will also meet their fates. I can wait a while longer. These traitors have been very quiet of late, which tells me they have been advised by their lawyers to STFU.
