An alternate strategy from the left’s propagandists have been to acknowledge that violence is occurring – but claim that it was only due to the presence of federal officers who are supposedly escalating tensions. The continued violence in their absence from Portland quickly disproved that thesis.
The pro-riot narratives aren’t half-way believable, and they’re not resonating with most Americans, who favor a crackdown to these “mostly peaceful” protests not just in Portland, but nationwide. more here
It seems to me that there is a big difference between ‘protest’ and ‘riot’ = ‘violent protest’. My guess is that if the wording were different, far fewer would support a ‘violent protest’ or ‘riot’ going until the organizers decided to end it.

By their definition all out war is mostly peaceful. 90% of those involved are in support positions and most never hear a shot fired.

Peaceful Protests begin at 11:00 AM
Riots begins at 11:00 PM, because the “leaders” in these Democratic run cities are helping to dismantle the American System..
The same system that they are milking and bilking. I pity the people who did not vote for this crap, but as it keeps on going, my pity gene is becoming fatigued.
The longer this goes on, the less I care, just like any other crisis where good people lose everything, we hear more and more until we move on to another, newer crisis.
These are all Democrat strongholds. Place them under Martial Law. Contain them and control them. They deserve it. They vote for and want an all-powerful government, give it to them in full.
Democrats come three groups now:
1. Upper class psychopaths
2. Lower class sociopaths
3. Middle class morons
Hell, I want a crackdown on any ‘protest’ that lacks a proper permit by city ordinance.
I argue with a friend that is a Democrat. She does not agree that the problems now are with Democrats. She is pissed at what is going on, but doesn’t think it is because of Democrats.So she will still vote Dem. Not rational.
Crackdown? No.
Open season? I’m in.
