Just The News: The Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday said there is no court order blocking Pastor John MacArthur and his Grace Community Church from holding indoor services, in California, according to reports. MacArthur and his church have been at odds with authorities over holding the services.
“Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff correctly found there is no court order prohibiting Grace Community Church from holding indoor services,” Thomas More Society Special Counsel Jenna Ellis said in a statement.
“LA County continues to harass and target Pastor MacArthur. Having failed to get a court order to shut down the church they have sought three times, they’re going to try again by hauling us back into court,” Ellis said. more here
Similarly with the house parties Garcetti is threatening to cut power to – no legal basis for it but we’re in an emergency situation so I get to stomp my feet and get whatever I want!
Although those house parties are pretty ridiculous, nothing any of us would be invited to nor want to be.

Of the many things, the president has done to preserve our civil liberties in the midst of the Democratic horde of Visigoths ready to tear down our very freedoms, standing up in defense of religious freedom and protecting us in our worship of the Lord ranks pretty high in my book. A Biden victory will truly plunge us into the dark ages.
Not a whole lot of laws involved in any of this. Just mandates, guidance, directives, policies and threats. But no laws. Weird. And infuriating.
Somewhere behind all of this there is an actual person giving the orders to do this and that person needs to be publicly exposed and personally sued to the maximum that the law will allow.
Since it is done in defiance of court rulings, there should not be a legal immunity as a government agent allowed.
But at least we should be grateful that they haven’t started throwing the church membership into the lions pit (yet).
