FOX: Tennessee Republican Gov. Bill Lee has signed off on a bill that imposes harsher penalties for protesters who break certain laws during demonstrations.
The Volunteer State’s General Assembly passed the measure last week, and Lee signed it into law without an announcement Thursday.
People who illegally camp on state property now face a Class E felony, punishable by up to six years in prison, instead of a misdemeanor.

Common sense – so rare these days.
“Tennessee Republican Gov. Bill Lee has signed off on a bill that imposes harsher penalties for protesters who break certain laws during demonstrations.”
Remember when it used to be illegal to break ALL laws, not just CERTAIN ones?
*sigh*
…nice try…soon to be overturned by a Soros Prosecuter, Attorney General, or Judge, though, and President Harris will have something to say to him too after January 20th…
…do you think, at some point, they will make it illegal to drag White people out of their cars for being White, beat White people for being White, and murder White people for being White, not making it legal to destroy their property because they’re White, not taking away their ability to defend themselves because they’re White, not denying White people jobs for being White, not taxing them extra because, White, not denying them loans and college admissions for being White, and even maybe not kicking them out of their houses of worship because, White?
Any chance of maybe addressing THAT, you know, 14th amendment, equal protection, and all that?
…nahhh, that’s MUCH too Utopian right there, we HATE those guys because, rayyciss, amiright?
…only laws AGAINST them will be enforced…
When he terms out in TN, he needs to move to PA. We have a LOTTA numbnuttery that needs FIXING!!! 😳
@Bob M – you are so right. I am fortunate that my little corner of the state is mostly conservative, but it would be nice if we had a governor who was worth a damn. People need to get out and vote. Hopefully President Trump can repeat his Pennsylvania victory this November.

Be glad you’re in the Red “T” then – I’m 4 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. 🙄
