From what I have heard, she did not have to run it by any officials in the WH or the campaign.
It was very special and touching. Plus she looked stunning (as usual!).

Melania looked like a beautiful Bond Girl in the military outfit! It has been said she wears clothes to public events that depict something important. I can think of a few possibilities.
Her speech was very thoughtful and memorable. I’m a fan of this lovely first lady.
