These city “leaders” have gone beyond dereliction of duty. As enablers of chaos they are fully complicit and culpable. As such they should be held fully liable for what has transpired. Now we may not get much out of them, but they deserve to be completely bankrupted just as many of the small businessmen have been through no fault of their own!! Furthermore, it I were an insurance company, I would make damn sure that my rates, responsibilities and liabilities were directly tied to whomever was in office from here on out!
