  1. I’ve had many memorable life experiences with this song playing in the back ground, perhaps loudly, most were probably legal…..I’d like to re-live a few. I just need 3 more guys for some competitive Euchre or 3 for some old time table hockey…..Maybe Laurie B in the bib over-alls, but not for long….

  2. I’ve seen Trower five times over the years.
The Bridge of Sighs album is at the top of my list .
Unfortunately, he could never find a singer even close to the voice on the original, James Dewar (RIP).
Dewar had one of rock’s great gravely voices, kinda like a Greg Allman or Steve Marriott.

Agree 100%. Jimmy Dewar had one hell of a set of pipes (RIP). At first I thought that was Dewar in this video, but I found out it’s Davey Pattison. Hell of a cover on vocals.

Warren IS a beast! One of my all-time favorite guitar players, and Gov’t Mule is probably my favorite band currently performing. I saw them for the first time in 2000, in a little hole in the wall in Pittsburgh called Rosebud. “Bad Little Doggie” was getting air play on the radio at the time, I dug the hell out of it, and I wanted to check them out. Been hooked ever since. Got to see Allan Woody right before he passed away (RIP). One of the best bass players I’ve ever seen.

  4. I saw Trower a couple years ago in Northampton, MA; did his own vocals. Dewer was a perfect vocal compliment to Trower, but I thought Pattison did a great job during his time with the band. I have all the vinyl LP’s. Back in the day, my buddy had Radio Shack ‘color organs’ wired to his speakers; perfect for RT.
