Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee for vice president, just spoke out to praise the “brilliance” of Black Lives Matter, and to describe the continuing nationwide protests “as an essential component of evolution in our country.”

While participating in a virtual convention for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People on Friday, Harris said that Black Lives Matter is the “most significant agent for change within the criminal justice system.”

“The brilliance and the impact of Black Lives Matter and their brilliance in conceiving it, history is going to show was an inflection point in the ongoing fight for justice, to your point, and to reform the criminal justice system and America’s criminal justice system,” Harris said. more

  3. Democrats remind me of the dullards I see in corporate management. They are always five news cycles behind actual public perception in all things. Leave it to dumbass Knee Pads Harris to completely miss that the majority of the public now see that BLM is just a bunch of violent, dangerous, stupid assholes.

    Progress v Regress.
    Alive v Dead.

    Most things are reducible to their essences. BLM is an “essential component of evolution” just as are tapeworms, heartworms, roundworms, fleas, ticks, and other parasitic life forms. They probably serve some purpose (though I can’t think of one) that is essentially negative – killing off the weak, for instance – or inciting corrective reaction.

    At any rate, Ms. Harris has aligned herself with the malevolent forces of society and needs to suffer the consequences of those forces’ defeat.
    Complete. Utter annihilation. Only the Hiroshima/Nagasaki effect seems to impress them.

  16. Some days I think we are characters in a Stanislaw Lem sci-fi story. No longer seeing reality due to an aerosol released daily causing mass illusion.

    Wherein, among other chaotic events, for some unfathomable reason, one political party, the democrats, intentionally selected the two worst candidates they could find to run for president of the USA. However a debate raged within party whether they had in fact actually selected the two worst choices because there were several other worthy very close contenders for the honor.
