Michigan: Fixed computer glitch turns losing Republican into a winner in Oakland County

Detroit Free Press:

A computer error led election officials in Oakland County to hand an upset victory Wednesday to a Democrat, only to switch the win back to an incumbent Republican a day later.

In Oakland County’s 15th County Commission District — representing Rochester and Rochester Hills — the initial count gave a 104-vote margin to the Democrat, Melanie Hartman, amounting to a razor-thin majority of 50.08%.

That stunned the incumbent, Adam Kochenderfer, giving him a sure sense that he’d lost in a district long deemed a Republican stronghold.

“I thought that was that,” Kochenderfer said. “Those were the results, and I said I would not seek a recount.” more here

  1. What’s worse this company is in several states, what’s even worse this company has ties to Nancy Pelosi. They also caused problems in Georgia who is using them the first time this year.

65 of 83 counties in Michigan use them.
In Nevada they started using them in 2017 in Clark County and now 16 of 17 counties use them.
Maricopa county in Arizona use them.
Georgia new for 2020 and used by 159 counties.
Going to try and flip Utah? Salt Lake County is now using them.

California, Colorado and NM maybe that’s why you’re blue, all of you use Dominion, along with NY and NJ.
Sadly there are red states that use them as well, Texas being the big one, maybe that’s why in some counties Texas had such screwed up numbers?

Here is a link to them, scroll to the bottom for their map of 28 states.
