2. That would have been how TX would flip blue. They still used ballot harvesting techniques and were caught on Project Veritas buying votes. That is how Trump only wins by a few points while Hispanic border towns that went for Hillary significantly tilted toward Trump.

6. I read that the other day, but did Texas relent this year or did some counties contract with them anyway? Dominion has Texas listed as one of the states and Heavy shows a map where they are used.

   On Edit:Personally I don’t think any of them are safe and if you look up all of them you can find where they had security issues and didn’t pass states inspections.
