This isn’t anything new. Mark Levin mentioned this legality early after the election. I have no doubt that this is one option the team is considering. It’s a reliable “plan-B”. Building up the argument against fraud is time well spent.

Given what we’ve seen in the Party of DIABLO, I’m not convinced that would be the case…

…we are going to have this Civil War, sooner or later. We’re too far apart and government is going to force too much that is simply unacceptable. At some point you have to stop accepting more and more evil as the price of a temporarily quiet life as a chattel slave, until they come for your sons and your daughters.
And they’ve already reduced White people to second and third class citizens for no reason other than race, made it acceptable to beat them for not immediately surrendering, imprisoned them for trying to defend themselves, and laid the groundwork to legalize racial murder if you feel Whitey has offended you enough.
We’re really not far from officially authorized genocide.
And that’s BEFORE you start talking about Christianity.
There, they’ve made huge inroads on watering down doctrine, penalizing churches and pastors for speaking against perversion even when it is SPECIFICALLY proscribed in the Bible, throttled the ability to speak a Godly message anywhere in the public square, banned Christianity and ONLY Christianity from schools and universities, accused parents of child abuse and removed children from homes where a parent doesn’t want his son’s penis cut off, rammed the gay/ transsexuals agenda right down parent’s throat, forbidden Church teachings to even be discussed as religious litmus test even in the Supreme Court, shut down churches, limited churches, harassed churches, even changed ceremonies within churches by banning singing INSIDE a Church EVEN THOUGH THE BIBLE SAYS YOU SHOULD SING, all through illegal “execute orders” that have no basis in law but are enforced as though they DO while those espousing violently evil opinions in opposition to Church teachings are not affected…
…I can go on, but you can see where this is heading. It’s not much of a leap for an all-powerful Government to move from “you CAN get an abortion” to “you MUST get an abortion”.

…there’s a lot of difference between liking a guy and being willing to die for him. And the President himself doesn’t have or seem to want a cult of personality built around him.
So popular though he is, deservedly so, I don’t see him being the sort of Dear Leader figure more typical of the Left.
At the end of the day, he’s the businessman he’s always been. He’s not the sort to lead his legions to cover the face of the Earth, or inspire them to atrocities in his name.
That said, he is the lighting rod that drew the attacks of the Left, forced them out of hiding, hatched out all their poisons, laid bare what they believe in for all to see. If you can’t figure out they will destroy everything you hold dear by now thanks to him, then you will NEVER be angry enough to fight for ANYTHING.
And he is our avatar, our only REAL representative in all of Government. When they attack HIM, its because they REALLY want to attack US, and he’s in the WAY. If they remove HIM, they remove US. If they persecute HIM, they persecute US. If they get rid of HIM, the way is clear to get rid of US.
They know it.
WE should.
This President is not likely to call us to arms. It’s simply not his style.
But we shouldn’t NEED him to.
The writings of our Founders in the Declaration, the provision that the Second Amendment was REALLY created for, and the actual violent attacks on our God and our Country by a violent and ruthless enemy within should be sufficient to stir us to revolt against the evil that threatens to overwhelm us. We were blessed with a President to stem the foul tide for awhile, but those things should be our reason for revolt against those who would claim to rule us, not a man.
The President is a good man as we can account those things. He’s done mostly good, and mostly avoided doing evil in our name. He’s earned our loyalty and respect, and I would die in his defense for what he stands for.
But he remains a man.
And I kneel to no man, however good he may seem, only to my Lord.
The glorification of a man is one of the bigger reasons I could not continue as a Catholic, because no Man deserves glory, only God does. Their current figurehead would seem to bear that out, a false prophet installed by the same cabal that foisted our previous president on us. This us why no man or office is worthy of glory to me.
That goes for ANYbman, in ANY office. I may respect you and even fight for you, but I will not blindly follow you.
Our President is worth fighting for because of his deeds for us, and because he us attacked as an avatar for us. That is sufficient to come to his defense, even at the risk of our own lives.
But in the shouldering aftermath, he can still be the free leader of a free people.
But we must not make him a King.
He is not worthy of that, because NO man is worthy of that.
He is our ensign at this time, and our rally point. When the Civil War starts in earnest, I will flock to him with many, many others.
But its for defense of God and Country, at least in my case.
But to us, right now, he IS the Country.
If he falls, so too will this Nation, probably until the Lord returns.
So I will fall by his side rather than live to see me and mine ruled by pedophiles and prostitutes.
I’ve probably not made any friends here, but I have to be who I am. I will pray for him for days, but I will worship only God.
