Amistad Project sues to invalidate Michigan election results

Just The News: The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project has filed a lawsuit asking Michigan’s Supreme Court to physically secure “all evidence of irregularities in the 2020 election and declare the election results invalid on the basis of unlawful conduct by state and local officials.”

The group is alleging that election fraud was so rampant and widespread across the state of Michigan as to deprive the people of the state their right to a free and fair election.

“The pattern of lawlessness was so pervasive and widespread that it deprived the people of Michigan of a free and fair election, throwing the integrity of the entire process into question,” said Phil Kline, Director of the Amistad Project. more

  1. When it all plays out, if it plays out and no matter how it plays out, no one will be prosecuted and no one will go to jail over it.

That’s why it happened, they knew it would be that way, and that is why it will happen again.

  2. A Federal Appeals Court (judge is Trump appointee) just dismissed the Penn. campaign lawsuit filed by Giuliani, saying it not only lacks merit but the sample size is minuscule compared the actual amount of votes Trump lost by.

So as of now Pennsylvania electoral votes will go to Biden.

Now it’ll go to the US SCOTUS as planned because PA ruled against the Constitution!PENNSYLVANIA

1,700,000 mail in ballots sent out.
    2,500,000 mail in votes counted.

    Any questions?

How many other states did this same thing occur??

  4. Clarification, my link reports that over 2.4 million mail in ballots were returned, so at least this many were sent out, probably many more than that because some people that got one did not fill it out and mail it in.

  5. I’ve always thought that quibbling over ineligible votes in individual states was a loser. The winner is the voting machines. Hopefully that’s being investigated and pursued at warp speed.

  6. What makes this all the more painful (if that’s possible)is the gaggle of criminal reprobates Dementia Joe is considering to fill his cabinet. These people are the worst.

  7. Yep, if this election stands, I just don’t see any way back.

    And it looks like Biden wants to give China a house key;

Rejoining the Paris Climate accord, killing off the fossil fuel industry, forgiving all student debt, exploding immigration, single payer healthcare, it’s going to get ugly.

I’ve also been reading about his plans (whispered in his ear by those Harvard pinheads he surrounds himself with)to supercharge the antiquated 1890’s Sherman Anti-Trust Act. This would give him a path to re-socially engineer almost every aspect of our life;big tech, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, banks, insurance, big labor.

Biden does not have the acumen, foresight, or confidence to check all the hair-brained ideas the left has planned.

Our only hope is the Insurrection Act. Is Trump just letting the evidence build? Is it necessary for him to pursue remedy thru the courts before he takes that path? Damn, it sure seems to me like it’s justifiable.

Getting it up to the SCOTUS is good. Gore wine everywhere except there. But I would not be hostile to invoking the Insurrection Act either. Trump has just cause.
